TL;DR: We collect business contact information from public Google Maps listings and sell it to B2B marketers. We don't collect ID numbers, health data, or financial records. Buyers are responsible for complying with POPIA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and the Spam Act when using our data for marketing.

1. Who We Are

LeadGenMini is a product of Nomad Holdings Group, trading as QuickBookedAI.

Nomad Holdings Group operates two businesses:

QuickBookedAI — AI-powered virtual receptionist software
LeadGenMini — B2B lead list generation and sales

We are registered as an Information Officer under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

2. What Data We Collect

LeadGenMini collects and processes business contact information sourced from publicly available Google Maps listings. This includes:

Business name
Physical address
Phone number
Website URL
Google Maps rating and review count
Email address (where publicly listed on the business website)

We do not collect or process:

South African ID numbers or foreign equivalent
Health or medical information
Financial records, credit scores, or banking details
Personal information about private individuals (non-business)
Any data requiring explicit consent under POPIA Section 27 (special personal information)

3. How We Collect Data

All lead data is collected through automated scraping of Google Maps public listings. The information is already in the public domain — anyone can view it by searching on Google Maps. We do not access private databases, breach secure systems, or collect data off-platform.

We may also receive lead data from:

Customer-submitted requests (e.g., "scrape 100 plumbers in Cape Town")
Bulk scraping campaigns using our automated scrapers

4. How We Use Data

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

Compiling lead lists — aggregating verified business contacts into CSV files for sale to B2B marketers
Delivering purchased lists — sending CSV files to customers who have paid via PayPal
Fulfilling orders — processing payments and delivering data via automated email

We do not:

Share or resell your personal information (as a customer) to third parties
Use your email address for marketing (you only receive order confirmations and delivery emails)
Profile or analyse individual data subjects beyond compiling lead lists

5. Legal Basis for Processing (POPIA)

Under POPIA, we process personal information under the following conditions:

Legitimate interest (Section 13): Processing business contact information for the purpose of providing a B2B lead generation service to customers who have a legitimate business interest in such data.
Consent is NOT required for the collection of publicly available business contact information from Google Maps. However, buyers who use this data for direct marketing must comply with POPIA's direct marketing provisions (see Section 6 below).

6. Buyer Responsibilities — Direct Marketing Compliance

When you purchase lead data from LeadGenMini and use it for cold email, cold calling, or any form of direct marketing, you are the responsible party for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and anti-spam laws. This includes:

POPIA (South Africa): Providing recipients with a clear opt-out mechanism and honoring all opt-out requests (Section 11-12).
CAN-SPAM (United States): Including a clear unsubscribe mechanism in all commercial emails, honoring opt-out requests within 10 business days, and including a valid physical postal address.
GDPR / PECR (United Kingdom): Having a lawful basis for processing, providing opt-out options, and maintaining records of consent where applicable. For B2B cold outreach in the UK, you may rely on legitimate interest but must conduct a balancing test and offer opt-out.
Spam Act (Australia): Including a functional unsubscribe mechanism, identifying the sender, and including your physical address in all commercial electronic messages.

LeadGenMini is not responsible for how buyers use the data after delivery. We provide tools and data; you are responsible for your own compliance.

7. Data Accuracy and Freshness

Lead data is scraped from Google Maps at the time of collection. We aim to deliver data that is no older than 30 days for existing database entries, or within 24 hours for custom scrapes. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy — business details change, emails bounce, and phone numbers get disconnected.

If more than 20% of emails in your delivered list hard bounce, we will re-scrape and resend at no charge.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold:

Lead databases are stored with access restricted to authorized personnel
Customer order data is processed through secure payment providers (PayPal)
Data files are delivered via email only to the address provided at time of order

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Lead data in our database is retained indefinitely for re-sale purposes. Once you purchase a lead list, you own that copy of the data and may retain it permanently. We do not delete or recall delivered lists after purchase.

Customer order records (email, order details, transaction ID) are retained for accounting and compliance purposes for a minimum of 5 years.

10. Your Rights as a Business Listed in Our Database

If your business appears in our lead database and you would like it removed:

Email justin@quickbookedai.com with "Data Removal Request" in the subject line
Include your business name and address
We will remove your listing within 5 business days

Please note that since your business information is publicly listed on Google Maps, it may be re-scraped in future bulk collection campaigns. You can also request direct removal from Google Maps to prevent this.

11. Cookies

The LeadGenMini website (bootstrapleadgen.netlify.app) does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Our backend (quickbookedai-backend.onrender.com) may use session cookies to maintain order state during the checkout process. These are temporary and expire after your session.

12. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

PayPal — payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
Resend — email delivery for order confirmations and CSV delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
Google Maps — source of lead data. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.

We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction.

13. International Data Transfers

Our servers are hosted in South Africa. However, our email delivery provider (Resend) may process data in the United States. If you are purchasing from the UK or EU, your order data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you consent to this transfer for the purpose of processing your payment and delivering your lead list.

14. Children's Privacy

LeadGenMini does not target or knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our service is exclusively for B2B use.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced via the LeadGenMini website.

16. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about how we process personal information, please contact us at justin@quickbookedai.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
